The challenge
Tricky and tiresome business processes within an organization, excessive number of meetings booked during the workday, and gaps in collaboration between colleagues prompted the team to build a web-based dashboard for higher team efficiency.

We designed and supported a flexible collaboration workspace with predefined templates for design thinking, marketing strategies, client management, and other repeatable workflows. The result can act as an organizer, visibility layer, or live dashboard depending on how each team uses it.
